The Organization ofTourist Board Representatives:

The first organization in Germanyto unite tourist boards on all levels:

•  national (independent nations):
   On this level, you will find all independent and sovereign nations on Earth.
  
•  regional (subdivisions of countries):
   On the next level, you will find the political subdivisions of sovereign nations (e.g. states, provinces, regions, counties,  departments, districts) as well as dependencies and partially autonomous territories.
  
•  local (towns and cities):
   Here, you will find any entity that maintains a tourist board on the local level.
  
•  supraregional and supranational:
   This section contains tourism associations that cover more than a single unit from any  of the categories above.
