General information about Tourist
Boards
A list of all participating tourist boards will
be available soon.
The tourist boards are sorted in the following
order:
- national
(independent nations):
On this level, you will find all independent and sovereign
nations on Earth.
- regional
(subdivisions of countries):
On the next level, you will find the political subdivisions
of sovereign nations (e.g. states, provinces, regions, counties,
departments, districts) as well as dependencies and partially
autonomous territories.
- local (towns
and cities):
Here, you will find any entity that maintains a tourist
board on the local level.
- supraregional and
supranational:
This section contains tourism associations that cover more
than a single unit from any of the categories above.
